Monday Meat Loaf: Meat Loaf, w/ mashed potatoes & gravy and vegetables
Jambalaya: The New Orleans favorite - shrimp, chicken and Andouille sausage with onions, celery, peppers, tomatoes, and spices served over rice. It is better here than any you will find in New Orleans!
Pork Roast: Pork Roast, w/ stuffing, gravy, apple sauce and vegetables
Cajun Stew: A newcomer to the menu. Andouille sausage and bacon combined with red and green peppers, red and green onions, celery, mushrooms, wine, spices and red potatoes.
Baked Ham: Baked Ham w/ au gratin potatoes and vegetables Fish & Chips:
